SA Application, B and D, and Income Declaration forms are available for immediate printing. Also, reports can be run on all aspects of Basic Needs, Variables, Non-variables and are available for each period. Complete Financial Statements are available from Accounting. All transactions are stored in the integrated General Ledger and can be easily reviewed or exported to the external accounting systems. The Hydro, Shelter, and User-fees pro-rating is automatically calculated and the INAC Pro-rating form is available in the system. CRW Medical Transportation System The system records Trips and Accommodation for the Medical Appointment or a series of related Appointments in one Trip. The Travel Authorization request is created if required by First Nations and Inuit Health (FNIH). The system enables the user to create and print Confirmation Slips, Travel Cheques, Vouchers, and Daily Transportation Records for medical van drivers. Reporting to FNIH can be made, using the system, at the end of the Month and the Quarter. Financial information is stored in the integrated General Ledger and can be reviewed and exported to the external accounting systems: Adagio, Accpac, etc. CRW Accommodations System The Accommodation System is a system which tracks the Patients into a Health Facility and later out of the facility including the Escorts, so that the accurate Government reporting can be created for each month. Get brochure CRW Daycare System The CRW Daycare System was built for managing Child Care Centres. The system registers children, establishes children's attendance profile, records attendance by exception, and handles subsidy billing and direct billing. The system provides the management tools necessary to allow child - care providers to concentrate on the children, not the paperwork. This system is simple to use, at the end of the year a special set of Audit reports can be ran to simplify the audit process and reduce audit time (see clients’ ). CRW PayDay Card For our clients we now offer the ability to pay using Access cards. • This applies to • Social Clients • Employee Payroll • Employee Travel Advances These renewable cards do not require a bank account - the money is on the card. CRW Ambulance System The Ambulance Patient Care (APC) is a full Ambulance Data Collection System. The system includes the Services Data Collection module, Statistical Dial-up Reporting, EMT Licensing System, and a Statistical Reporting System. This system also can be linked to the APC Financials (Full MIS Accounting System). This system has been implemented in the Ambulance Services of Manitoba. The system runs on various mobile devices. Get brochure Get brochure Get brochure Get brochure CRW 911 Dispatch System The CRW 911 Dispatch System is designed to record and report call information for a 911 Dispatch Center.  The system records calls for Police, EMS, and Fire Departments and can track paging to other agencies as required.
