The CRW Medical Transportation is a Health Center system of Appointment booking, transportation, travel accommodation expense tracking.  As well, the system provides Patient Records for Test Results, Education and Time reporting.  CRW Medical Transportation is written in Microsoft Access and runs in a Windows environment.  It will runs in as a single user system or as a part of a network.  There is an Accounting Export to Acc Pac or the system will link to CRW Financials. Locate Patients/Escorts and Doctors This system can find Patients from a build-in list of your community members.  The major clinics and doctors are already loaded in the system.  Adding another one for your appointment is easy to do.  This makes the appointment booking much easier and error free. Scheduling and Printing Van Trips Van trip recording required for F.N.I.H. reporting is built-in along with the Daily Van schedule report for the drivers.  A daily schedule for each VAN can be printed for the VAN drivers. Booking Appointments Confirmation slips for patients or escorts can be created as needed and any format of 8.5 x 11 cheque format can be handled by the system. Travel cheques or report to finance requesting cheques to by printing. Reports All test results that have been communicated to the Health Centre can be recorded here to provide a long term record of the patient trends.  All patient education and time tracking can be recorded providing a complete electronic Clinic patient record.  The Patient records can be printed for a date range for Statistical reporting purposes.  All required F.N.I.H. monthly and quarterly reports, stats and counts are available here to save your reporting time.
