This system enables the user to easily update Patient information, and run monthly Reports for billing purposes. The Monthly billing reports show all required data for Government purposes. CRW works closely with experts in these Facilities conform to the Policies of monthly reporting. Patients Check in and Admitting This system handles all aspects of Patient arrivals, including the escorts any special needs, etc, etc.  Repeat Patient have their Treaty numbers or health numbers stored for repeatability when checking in.  The Rates are stores for overnight and day rates to make the reporting simpler.  Tenant Profiles are created by the system by indicating the house number of the applicants and of non SA people in the house.  The INAC Prorating form is available and the calculations are done for the user.  As well the Hydro, Shelter and User-fees pro-rating is calculated for you. Modifications and Departures If staff errors do occur, the system provides a correction screen to make necessary corrections.  To handle Patients departures, the patient is checked out using this simple screen.  The check-outs are then coupled with their check-in for the status and for the billing activity. Adding Beds and Rooms This screen allows the user to set-up the rooms and beds for their own facility.  Later Rooms can be re- configured, added or removed to suite patient demand or possible expansion.  Once the user updates the rooms and beds the arrivals can book patients into these rooms.  A report showing the rooms and beds is available on a daily basis to assist with staffing assignments.
