The CRW 911 Dispatch System is designed to record and report call
information for a 911 Dispatch Center. The system records calls for Police,
EMS, and Fire Departments and can track paging to other agencies as
required.
Data collection overview
EMS - EMS information recorded and reported includes patient information, call related times, support agency
dispatched, and the unit assigned. A section for operator comments is included.
Fire - Fire Calls are recorded with call times, supporting agencies, and the type of call.
Paging - Information recorded for Paging Calls includes call times, and various support agencies that may have
been paged as backup.
Police - When dispatching the Police, the operator is able to record detailed information including the type of
call, the supporting agencies called, the location of the call, the call category, and the call/dispatch times. A list of
potential suspects can be added to the dispatch record..
Additional information
The CRW 911 Dispatch System handles calls that require multi-agency attendance. Reports covering all details of
all dispatch activity recorded can be previewed on screen or printed. 24 different types of statistics are generated
by the system from Dispatch Info gathered. Analysis Reports by type of incident are available for each dispatch
type, including Fire, EMS, Police and others showing the most common calls and the number of incidents, etc.
The system provides the capability to record all Dispatch details as well as the capability to request multiple
responders. A complete log is retained showing called times and provides an excellent base for billing and work-
load analysis.
The CRW 911 Dispatch System is designed for medium-sized call volumes, and is an affordable solution for small
to mid-sized communities.
